About the event

One of the reasons most transformations fail (according to McKinsey, only 30% of transformations succeed) is that they are often managed like “traditional” change initiatives. Change initiatives and transformations are different animals altogether, and we will explore what makes leading transformations particularly challenging. Using a simple, powerful, and versatile model, we will discover why people really behave the way they do and identify transformation strategies that are laser-focused to influence their behaviors.
