Adekoya (Koya) Taiwo, CCMP, Prosci


Adekoya Taiwo is a corporate, organizational innovator and change strategist with a strong record of building organizational capacity. 

In the past 25 years, Adekoya has held leadership and influential project roles at home in Canada and internationally, providing solutions in sports, human capital management, strategic marketing, and information technology.  

Adekoya Taiwo is a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce program in Entrepreneurial Management at Royal Roads University and the Computer Systems Technology program at Algonquin College. 


Stephanie Leheta


Stephanie is an accomplished professional in organizational Project and Change Management. She has spent the last 25 years leading large scale customer experience and technology initiatives within the Financial Services industry.

Armed with an MBA in Strategic Planning, Stephanie has a deep commitment to supporting the needs within her community. She has led several Strategic and Business Plans for non-for-profit organizations which led to improved services and support for the most at-risk and under-served within the community.

Stephanie is committed to life-long learning. Her passion and continued focus are on creating an environment of collaboration in her community and with her peers.


Jennifer Ferguson


Jennifer is an advocate of change management and a certified project manager. She has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry in various roles within call centres, compliance, marketing operations, project office, and marketing execution. She currently facilitates and oversees change management activities related to the execution and ongoing maintenance of bank marketing campaigns.

Jennifer has a First Class Honours degree from Brock University with a double major in psychology and sociology. She has a passion for leading initiatives and guiding and influencing people.

Karen is a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) and founding member of ACMP.

Through her more than 12 years’ experience leading public sector transformation and continued engagement with ACMP Toronto since 2012, Karen has played a pivotal role in advancing the discipline of change management in the GTA.

Elizaveta Ferris, MMgt

Volunteer and Membership Director

Elizaveta is a change management professional specialized in public sector and technology-based business transformations. Elizaveta has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University and a Masters in Management from the Schulich School of Business with a focus on Business Strategy for Sustainable Development. She is passionate about being active and vibrant in the local community, and devotes a large amount of her time supporting ACMP's growth and development.

Alan Bostakian

Professional Development Director

Alan Bostakian is a Sr. Change Management Consultant. He has worked at the City of Toronto, Government of Ontario, TD Bank, Real Estate Council of Ontario, Global Association of Corporate Universities, CPHR BC (Canadian HR association), and three Canadian colleges.
His experience includes Change Management, Corporate University Architecture, Talent Development, Training, Project Management, Accreditation, Certification, Leadership and Research. Alan has a PhD in Business Administration as well as a number of certificates including Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Leading Change in Organizations (MIT), Change Management Practitioner (Prosci), Project Management Mastery (Stanford), Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP), Data Science (MIT), Executive Data Science (Johns Hopkins), Certified Change Agent (CCA), Registered Professional Trainer (RPT), and Supply Chain Management (Cambridge).

Provincial Events Director

With a 15+ year background in internal engagement, public affairs, and change management in the public sector, there are two things that weave through my career, in every job I've had: transformation and storytelling. It's with this that I approach change management, bringing life to big change by telling stories that resonate and inspire. Formally educated in Psychology, Philosophy, Communications, Project Management, Change Management and Human-centered Design, I bring a variety of people-focused perspectives and fresh ideas to my projects. I hope to contribute to the profession of change management by designing change for all people, making it truly inclusive.

Hamilton-Burlington-Niagara Director

Nance is the Chief Coaching Officer and President of Executive Coach Global. A senior partner at Career Compass Canada, Global Chair of Cornerstone Leadership Academy, an active Rotarian and past president of ICF Toronto.

Nance has over 25 years experience as an international Corporate Trainer, Speaker, Executive Coach, specializing in Change Management, Leading your team through change; Leadership Development, Executive Presence, Team Building, Strategic Execution, Culture & Coaching. Known for "turning strategy into execution ". 

She is a contributing author to the new Executive Coach Global book called Leadership Aim.

Peel-Halton Director

Lisa is the Chief Change Officer and President of LB Coaching and Consulting. A certified Change Management Professional (CMP) and Certified Coach (CPCC).

Lisa has over 25 years of leadership, Change Management, Operations and Strategy experience across multiple industries in both the private and public sectors. A genuine and passionate leader, Lisa is known for her endless curiosity, ability to reframe any situation and natural way of creating connections. 

Lisa has a passion for supporting leaders through change, as both a coach working 1:1 with leaders and as a consultant supporting organizations and teams to introduce change that involves employees and leaders and is adopted by all.
