Sylvana Catalano

President, ACMP Ontario Chapter

Sylvana Catalano is an accomplished Human Capital Strategist and Change Enablement Leader, passionate about building great organizations and leading the way to change.

With 20+ years of Human Capital Consulting and Corporate experience in leading people, process, and technology transformations, she is a self-starter with a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving, and scaling solutions globally.

She has deep expertise in Enterprise Strategy, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness & Culture, Leadership Development, Performance & Learning, Program Management, and Corporate Communications across Finance, Technology, Energy, and Government sectors.

Sylvana thrives in an environment that challenges the status quo, advocates continuous improvement initiatives and creates a workplace that energizes employees.

As a trusted advisor, she counsels and partners with a diverse range of Executive Leaders to help organizations seamlessly transition from a current state of People & Culture, Process, and Technology changes to a desired future state.

Jennifer Ferguson

Secretary

Jennifer is an advocate of change management and a certified project manager. She has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry in various roles within call centres, compliance, marketing operations, project office, and marketing execution. She currently facilitates and oversees change management activities related to the execution and ongoing maintenance of bank marketing campaigns.


Jennifer has a First Class Honours degree from Brock University with a double major in psychology and sociology. She has a passion for leading initiatives and guiding and influencing people.

Adekoya (Koya) Taiwo, CCMP, Prosci

Past-President

Adekoya Taiwo is a corporate, organizational innovator and change strategist with a strong record of building organizational capacity. 

In the past 25 years, Adekoya has held leadership and influential project roles at home in Canada and internationally, providing solutions in sports, human capital management, strategic marketing, and information technology.  

Adekoya Taiwo is a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce program in Entrepreneurial Management at Royal Roads University and the Computer Systems Technology program at Algonquin College.

Professional Development Director

Alan Bostakian

Alan Bostakian is a senior change leader and the Chief Consulting Officer at the Intelligent Organization.  He has worked at Scotiabank, City of Toronto, Government of Ontario, TD Bank, Real Estate Council of Ontario, Global Association of Corporate Universities, CPHR BC (Canadian HR association), and three Canadian colleges.
His experience includes Change Management, Corporate University Architecture, Talent Development, Training, Project Management, Accreditation, Certification, Leadership and Research. Alan has a PhD in Business Administration as well as a number of certificates including Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Leading Change in Organizations (MIT), Change Management Practitioner (Prosci), Project Management Mastery (Stanford), Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP), Data Science (MIT), Executive Data Science (Johns Hopkins), Certified Change Agent (CCA), Registered Professional Trainer (RPT), and Supply Chain Management (Cambridge).

Nancy Gharib

Provincial Director - Digital Communications

Nancy Gharib is a senior change leader, executive advisor, and coach with extensive experience leading and scaling enterprise change for innovative digital, finance, and IT organizations and calibrating culture, mindset, and modernizing processes and infrastructure.  As a Professional Certified Coach and PROSCI certified change practitioner, Nancy leads people adoption strategies and delivers interventions to realize transformation in digital product and service delivery, while realizing benefits to people and organizations. She has significant experience implementing changes across large complex domestic and global projects across multiple sectors.


A creative and strategic researcher, problem-solver and strategist with a talent for tackling complex, enterprise-wide business, people, and IT challenges, Nancy is pleased to serve the ACMP and advance digital communications objectives.

Tara-Lee Ainsworth

Regional Director - Toronto

Tara-Lee is a bilingual executive consultant with over 25 years’ experience in leading and managing people across numerous industries in small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies.


She is an engaged leader, passionate about people development who believes in providing coaching and training to support leadership development and achieve outstanding results for both individual growth and business objectives. She is a results-driven individual with extensive experience in operations leading initiatives in the areas of people, process, and technology transformation projects.


Tara-Lee is an active volunteer with ACMP, she was the Secretary in the transformational project in the creation of ACMP Ontario Chapter (2B) and a committee member in the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Charter.

Samantha Murray

Regional Director - Waterloo

Samantha Murray is a Change Management (certified in the Prosci methodology) and Strategic Initiatives Advisor at the University of Waterloo, Ontario. Samantha is passionate about change and dedicated to helping individuals, teams and organizational units navigate their unique change journeys. Building on more than 20 years of experience in higher education, she has held a variety of roles giving her direct experience with both student facing and Academic Support Units. A strategic problem solver, Samantha’s expertise focuses on the implementation of enterprise-wide change initiatives, the development and application of change champion networks, and roll out of campus wide education and training. Samantha co-founded the University of Waterloo Continuous Improvement (CI) and Change Management (CM) Community of Practice, a growing community of like-minded individuals eager to learn about CI and CM tools and practices.
