Are you or someone you know passionate about advancing the practice and profession of
change management? If yes, now is your opportunity to nominate someone or yourself to serve
as an ACMP Ontario Chapter Board Director.
​ACMP Ontario Chapter Board Directors have a consistent focus that serves the needs of the
Chapter members. Ideal nominees will have experience in organizational governance and
leadership and demonstrated success in policy and strategy development and execution.
Nominations are for a seat on the Ontario Chapter Board; allocation of board members to
specific positions takes place at the first board meeting after the AGM. You may declare a role
preference in your nomination.
​Directors will serve a two-year term beginning July 1, 2025. The following positions are
accepting nominations for the terms outlined below:
1. Secretary / Treasurer
2. Director, Events
3. Director, Membership and Volunteer Engagement
4. Director, Sponsorship and Partnership
Board positions typically require a minimum commitment of five hours per week, which includes
Board and various committee meetings held virtually. In addition, the Board meets twice
annually for a half-day strategic planning workshop requiring full Board participation. For more

descriptions.
